J.D. Power and Associates ranked Kyocera Mita
America highest in copier customer satisfaction in the 2005 Copier
Customer Satisfaction StudySM. The study was based on responses from
1,730 business and technical decision makers at small, medium and large
businesses spanning a variety of industries. 16 major brands servicing
the United States market were included. Respondents were surveyed in the
first 18 months of copier ownership.

Since 1968, J.D. Power and Associates has been conducting quality and
customer satisfaction research based on survey responses from millions
of consumers worldwide. J.D. Power and Associates represents the voice
of the customer.

The J.D. Power and Associates Copier Customer Satisfaction StudySM
examines the satisfaction of key decision-makers with their recent
document-processing equipment purchase. The study measures critical
elements of product features and design, sales process,
delivery/installation, and service, providing an assessment of
satisfaction through the interplay of 53 individual performance
attributes.
